Who can order Maxxan merchandise?

The Maxxan Portal is the official ordering channel for Maxxan Realty negotiators. Orders are paid securely through CHIP (FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, DuitNow QR and e-wallets) with tracked courier delivery nationwide or free self-collection at the HQ counter, Lot 8, Lorong Teknologi A, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya.

Who can book a training room, meeting room or event hall?

Accepted Answer

Space booking is exclusive to Maxxan negotiators with designation TLD and above. Usage is free. The slot is secured with a refundable deposit paid via CHIP, and every booking is confirmed by Maxxan HQ by email and WhatsApp after approval. The deposit is refunded in full within 7 working days after the post-use inspection.

Which branches have bookable spaces?

Maxxan Realty has 15 branches across Malaysia: HQ, Kota Damansara (HQ), Setia Alam, Taman Connaught, Seremban, Tebrau,JB, Ipoh,1A, Seberang Jaya, Kuantan, Ipoh,1B, Alor Setar, Bangi, Kota Bharu, Setapak, Kota Kinabalu and BRE Kuching. They offer training rooms, meeting rooms and the HQ event hall. Booked slots are locked so no two bookings can clash.

How is merchandise delivered?

Orders ship by tracked courier with live rates at checkout (Poslaju, J&T Express, City-Link and more), or can be collected free at the HQ counter, Lot 8, Lorong Teknologi A, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM). A PDF receipt and tracking updates are sent by email and WhatsApp.
